Her many timeless works have encouraged Jamaicans to proudly embrace our indigenous culture, especially the Jamaican dialect. “Miss Lou” is a true icon, a cultural ambassador and a source of inspiration to women and young people. Despite her achievements, she remains humble and committed to serving Jamaica.
