The Mayor of Kingston & St. Andrew, His Worship Councillor Desmond
McKenzie, J. P. He has defied the odds and climbed the social hierarchy by breaking down the barriers. Mr. McKenzie has been an inspiration as he seemingly puts away politics and serves his parish and nation to the fullest extent. He is dedicated to his work and to the upliftment of our people irrespective of their socio-economic background. As he continues to show his unswearing loyalty, he remains “down to earth” and God fearing.

Robert Nesta Marley
When his name is mentioned, it is linked to no other place but Jamaica. His name provokes the enthusiasm of natives as well as foreigners, as his songs speak truth and righteous living with our brothers and sisters. Robert Nesta Marley is a stalwart in the entire existence of the Jamaican reggae culture as he stood up for what he believed in.
He hails from a humble background and his great musical works propelled him to international stardom.
He is one of Jamaica’s greatest cultural icon.
His songs speak truth.
His song “One Love” was voted song of the century by Times Magazine.
His songs will forever touch the minds and souls of each person who hears them.
In death his works still lives on
He is well respected; his name and his songs will linger in the minds of several generations to come.

I hope to complete my training in Food SystemsTechnology at CASE,
actively serving God, and being a second year student of medicine at a local or North American university.
